Amazing experience with my facial today. Very relaxing. Loved all the products used during the facial, especially the mask. All the scents were great too!!
Tried multiple facials and massages here, I don't request anyone specific, and each time I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Everyone who works there has been very skilled, professional, and polite from the moment you step in. They also have a rebook program that offers discount for returning customer which I find to be great value. Strongly recommended!
The staff are so rude. Every time I talk to them on the phone, they have a huge attitude. I would not recommend them to anyone. Please teach your staff that customer service is the first priority in a business.
