Always a fantastic experience! The team at Enterprise (Fred Beans Ford - Newtown) are total pros and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a rental for ANY reason. Kudos!
Very friendly location. The car was a little dirty when I got it, so when I returned it they offered to reimburse me for the extra gas I put in. That made me a happy camper!
I've experienced poor customer service time and time again from this Enterprise location. The staff are dismissive, rude and have poor communication. They don't have available cars despite reservations. I rent cars quite a bit for business travel and nothing ever goes smoothly when dealing with this location. I would not recommend this Newtown location. It's not worth the stress.
I had one of the worst customer experience I have ever had at this enterprise and with enterprise as a whole. Our trip had to be cancelled in fact. Go to the Langhorne location, at least you have a chance of better service! Lazy service and car wasn't there even though I reserved it:(
