This is the worst place ever to buy gas. I have been going there for years and the other day I pulled in and pulled forward to the first put to allow a car to get behind me. I got out and there was a paper covering the pump that said out of order. So I backed up and went to use the first pump and it would not take my credit card. It gave me an error. I saw the worker putting the key in the front door to the business so I called him over and asked if the pump was also broken he said no to please try my card again. I did what he asked me to do and it still gave an error. He asked me to pay inside. I went to hand him my card and he asked me how much gas I wanted so I said fill it up. He asked me again how much I wanted. I told him I have no idea how much it takes as I always just fill it and never put an amount in. He got real nasty and said there are plenty of other gas stations in Newtown to go to. I got back in my car and as I was leaving I decided to pull around and get the phone number or address off the front door. The worker came out yelling something at me and I then took his picture. See attached. I will never go there again. I emailed corporate and have yet to get a response.
Gas station with OK prices. Snacks inside, good service at the till. Lottery tickets for sale and a lottery ticket machine, too.
