Heard great things about the NAC and have plenty of family members that go there. Tried to book a birthday party for my daughter and had to cancel. They took my 100$ deposit and called multiple times to get a refund. Someone stated they would call me back and it became and phone tag game. This went on for a little bit until I gave up. I would love to go back but this was totally ridiculous.
I've spent the majority of my Summer at the Escape Swim Club. All the employees at every level are courteous & professional. Met a lot of new friends just from hanging around as everyone is happy & friendly. Great little mini-vacation for the mind & body in a relaxing, clean atmosphere.
Just went to a birthday party for the kids I nanny there and it was amazing. Alex and Erin (the party managers I think) were both there and checked on us numerous times. Having such a great experience is making me consider membership - it seems like the value is great!
Awesome place with a million things for ypur kids to do. And wait till the Summer... The water park you don't have to lose your kids at...
Chef cooks outside and is very nice to talk to. Food is epic amazing and creative. Nothings fried or microwaved. Everything was cooked on the grill.
