Horrible drycleaner!!! Ruined four pairs of pants. Go anywhere but here. Awful,awful,awful!!!!!
Oh and they ripped the little hanger loop off of not one but two jackets! Then sewed it on too far to the left!!
Managment was so unhelpful and would not give me my full refund when they messed up my clothing. It took months of back and forth phone calls to even receive any amount of money for my damaged clothes. Extremely frustrating and annoying. Don't go here if you like your clothing.
They lost a brand new dress shirt I had bought and didn't replace or reimburse me for it, despite me providing them a receipt. It was very frustrating, but the shirt was kind of ugly so it could have been worse. Wouldn't recommend them at all though.
I have been going to Valley Cleaners II for over 10 years. They have been perfect with having my clothes cleaned and ready. Very friendly and professional staff. Best Dry Cleaner I have been to.
ruined a 700$ prom dress, my friend brought it in pure white just to get it dry cleaned and it came back yellow/gold with also what looks like a new under cloth of the dress. Tried fighting them to get money back for ruining it since the dress was so expensive...and they only gave us 200$ for ruining a 700$ dress. WORST PLACE.
