A very customer service oriented company. They clearly are a well run business focused on making sure the customer is satisfied, which I as a customer definitely was.
Yes I quite liked the interaction I had with this crew- they were very engaging and interested in meeting my needs. With their help our offices all have better locks now.
Have a three story place downtown that needed all locks replaced and these guys were able to get the duty done in a day. Two thumbs up as well!
This is by far was the most unprofessional company to deal with. I’ve sat home three days waiting for service. The receptionist was very quick to cut me off for complaining about the incompetence of their service. She offered a 10% discount. I asked to speak with her boss, “he doesn’t handle calls like this”. Are you kidding me? I was asking for a 20% discount and “no, we only offer 10%”. Thank you. You lost a customer and cash. Bye bye. Horrible service. Actually no service at all.
I was stuck roadside at a car wash because the oaf in me left the keys in the car. It was terribly embarrassing because I was holding up the cars behind me trying to get into the car wash, so I was in sort of a rush to have a roadside locksmith come and unlock my car. I called several places to see how fast they could come. Most said 4 hours or some other insane amount of time that i couldn't take. Was tempted to call an uber back home to get the second key until I realized I didn't even have a key to get into the home! That's when I called this company up despite its less than stellar online ratings. I was hesitant at first because of the less than stellar ratings but because they said they'd come right away I gave them a shot. It turns out they got to my place within about 30 minutes and took even less time to unlock the car. For the price that I had to pay, it was totally worth it and I was veritably pleased by the service rendered. I do not know what the other people experienced and why theirs was different than mine...perhaps there has been a management change or something, because what I got was exceptional.
