This place is the best. Their staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Excellent products from human grade specialty food to bones and treats. Their products are all made in USA which is a big deal for us

I have gone here a few times to find a specialty dog food that is hard to find. I was pleased with the service the first couple of times, but I found the sales people to be a little condescending, both to me and other customers. They seem to get very rude once you express a desire to buy anything except their most expensive brands. They were rude to me when I bought cheap cat treats, but then became nicer once I picked up my expensive dog food. One of the sales people even made disparaging remarks about veterinarians, saying they only care about money and that is why they prescribe certain foods. I'm a veterinarian and was disappointed to see a pet food store trying to create a divide between pet owners and veterinarians just to make money. I would love to see a pet store that works with veterinarians rather than resorting to false statements in the name of greed.
I live in Bensalem and the 20 minute or so commute is so worth it!!!
