The doctor drives his Bentley(s)-plural to work If that doesn’t say enough about this practice I don’t know what will. Go somewhere that cares more about actual health and well being than taking your $.
I have never had a bad experience with the Doctors! I have always talked highly of this office in the past until they moved to the new location in Newtown. I am not one to post reviews but my negative experience with the front has made me feel that I need to speak up and let others know. In my option is seems that they are over loaded and never know what's going on and extremely stressed out, which in return gives poor customer service to the families. Being a working mother is hard enough that you should not have to receive poor customer service from a place that takes care of your children's health. A customer service training might be helpful for the staff. No matter how bad your day is you should not take it out on other's. Your attitude is something that you are always in control of! After being here for over 4 years I will be looking into other pediatricians because of the front desk. The Warrington office is a nice location and the women at the front has always been kind and friendly.
Not friendly at all to me. I've been going here for about my whole life and they have never given me the right respect
