Despite a heavy amount of negative reviews, personal experience with this location is fairly decent over all. They have a neat and orderly process of cleaning vehicles, the staff is friendly, and the finished product is overall good.
Normally fantastic. This time very poor. A day or two before holiday and they were very busy. However, they didn't give me a discount and they skipped most of the car. Inside poorly vacuumed. Inside windows done poorly and the list goes on.
There is some truth to the vacuumers as they sometimes are not as thorough as they should be. And the price for the works is definitely a not more pricey than other places.
They did a great job! More expensive than I'm used too, but offer many more services than my previous carwash for the price and plenty of staff to get the job done.
When I got into my car to leave the car wash and pressed my ignition button, I got a "no key" message. I looked into the key fob holder and my key with my small change wallet was missing. After almost 15 minutes of the workers and management berating me and telling me I must have driven there without my keys and wanting me to believe the I could have done so, finally a man who was also waiting for his car told them there was no way I could have done that and they should making a better attempt at finding my missing key fob. Once this man said something, a man who worked at the car wash (maybe a manager) went into the office and replayed the video and sure enough the young man who pulled my car into the car wash had knocked my key fob and attached small change purse into the tire well. Fortunately, my key fob is still working, however, my favorite leather change purse was totally ruined. So not only did they berate me, embarrassed me in front of several customers, then they had the nerve to tell me I was wrong for putting my key fob into the key fob holder and not in the center console. I was asked by several friends if I at least got a free car wash or reimbursement for my totally damaged change purse to which I had to say no and I didn't even get an apology. Not my favorite car wash. PS: I had to give them 1 star or else I couldn't post this. Obviously, if there was a negative star rating that is what I would have given them.
Yeah, uhm- pretty awful job. They "vacuumed" about 10% of the area they were supposed to. Pretty clear workers had no pride in their work.
