I was with AT&T for over ten years and they started harassing me about payments before my bill was even overdue. They found every reason to hit me with fees. I tried to reason with them but no one was willing to help until I was changing to verizon. Save yourself the stress and go with anyone but AT&T.
It was awesome. The people there were all very nice and they knew what they were talking about when it came to phones and plans.
I went in one day and waited around for nearly two hours even though there were only two people in front of me. At that point, I still wasn't close to being helped so I had to come back again. Altogether it took 5 hours just to replace a phone. The staff was very nice and professional, but that is an absurd amount of time. AT&T wants to do more with less. Guess that means more money and less actual service. What a bunch of bs. Another evil corporation wants to rake in more money while screwing their customers and employees.
Sometimes there is a wait but sometimes they have plenty of staff they are all nice and fairly knowledgeable. Parking is a hassle often.
