I am a local business owner that would count on this location for banners. My last 2 attempts in the last 2 months they haven't been able to create a banner for me! They keep saying that their computer system is down and they need a new one. It's Staples right? They can't replace their own in house computer? The young lady couldn't even say when or if they were replacing it!!! Completely been frustrated with them. They have lost a long time customer.
Your typical Staples. We stop here most often for school supplies, and they generally have everything we need. Prices are fine, but can be excellent if you catch a sale.

I've used the copy center here twice and they have managed to screw up my day twice. I had a very simple request both times to scan and e-mail documents, both times I never received the e-mail. I had to call back both times to get an explanation, and they put me on hold both times and then hung up before giving me an answer. It was 2 different employees too! I'm starting to think that Staples trains their employees to do that. Their motto should be "Staples, that was difficult and inconvenient!" I'm hold now again wondering if anyone is going to pick up. I guess I'll have to skip lunch today. Thanks Staples!!
