I called several places before deciding to trust Penns Trail Self Storage with my valuable items. In addition to reasonable rates I liked the fact that I was talking directly with the owners. They were knowledgeable, helpful and just plain nice people. Additionally, they keep the place immaculate!
After checking out other self-storage facilities in the area, it was clear that Penns Trail is the best choice. It is extremely secure, very clean, and obviously well-managed. Prices are comparable to other facilities.
I shopped around for storage in the Bucks County area, however no other storage facility impressed me more than Penns Trail! I My experience from the start was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The facility itself was by far the cleanest around. I would highly recommend.
My experience with Penns Trail has been wonderful. Always clean and the owners couldn't be nicer or easier to work with. When faced with the stress of a quick move, they were a godsend! I've downsized to a smaller unit and even that was smooth and stress free. I highly recommend them (if you're lucky enough to have a vacancy available!)
